Veggie Seedling Swap & Giveaway

• Do you have leftover vegetable seedlings? Swap them for something new or give them away at the Haliburton County Master Gardeners’ Veggie Seedling Swap & Giveaway on Sunday May 25 at 10:00 am at the Community Gardens in the Minden Fairgrounds.
• Do you want to try a new vegetable or variety you’ve never grown before? We hate to see perfectly good extra seedlings go to waste. Come and choose whatever you find interesting.
• This Swap & Giveaway is done as part of our desire for food security in Haliburton County. Donations to the Food Bank are appreciated.

Bonus: There will be a demonstration for gardeners by Haliburton County Master Gardener Maureen Moore, while we sort  out what arrives on the day to merge with what we have to give away.
