Yes some seeds are still able to germinate especially if you have stored them in a dry, not too cold and dark place. Some seeds may have to be renewed every year. The best way to see if they will germinate is adding a few and placing them in a damp paper towel and place in zip-lock bag. You can check every few days to see if they will start to sprout. Then you can start the other seeds in a seed starting soil.
